The present Act lays down provisions relating to the water supply in Nanaimo and the South West. It repeals the Greater Nanaimo Water District Act, S.B.C. 1953. Section 4 considers these changes to the Nanaimo water supply services and provides for the establishment of a Body to advise Nanaimo on water supply services. The Act consists of 11 sections.
