This Regulation implements provisions of the National Cultural Property Act with respect to: (a) the register of proclaimed cultural property; (b) notification of proclaimed cultural property; (c) and appeal under section 19 of the Act by a person aggrieved by a decision of the Trustees to proclaim a property to be proclaimed cultural property.
