A National Dairy Development Board is established with the objective of formulating policies relating to the public and private dairy industry and public health in relation to dairy products, and to prepare plans for the development of the public and private dairy industry and coordination between them. Functions shall also include the development of pasture facilities and the development of the livestock industry. The Board shall be a body corporate to be guided by an Executive Committee. The B
