These Regulations, made under section 40 of the Federal Environmental Protection Agency Act, require every industry shall install anti‐pollution equipment for the detoxification of effluent and chemical discharges emanating from the industry and specify selected waste water parameters for the industries in the First Schedule to these Regulations.
