National Forest and Fire Laws Amendment Act, (No. 12 of 2001).

This Act amends the National Forest Act 1988 which makes provisions for the management and conservation of public forests. It makes further provisions regarding the possession and disposal of trees and forest products in natural forests. There are also provisions on the protection of species of trees as well as the issuing of licences.
