Regulations to provide for the registration and granting of licences for industrial projects and related matters. Every industrial licence shall be submitted through the Board appointed under section 10 of the National Industries (Licensing and Registration) Act, 1967. Applications and licences shall be in the forms as prescribed in the Schedules. Licences may be cancelled if projects are not implemented within three year. (15 regulations completed by a Schedule)
