This Act establishes the National Institute of Fisheries and Nautical Engineering (sect. 2). The Institute aims to formulate courses of study and training in fisheries and nautical engineering programmes with a view to raising the technical and managerial skills of those persons employed or engaged in the industry (sect. 3).
