An Act to provide for the management of national parks. "Parks" are means a National Park or National Marine Park described in Schedule I of this Act. The Governor in Council may, by proclamation, amend Schedule I by adding to any park described therein lands described in the proclamation where the Governor in Council is satisfied that conditions set out in section 3 exist. The administration, management and control of the parks shall be under the direction of the Minister of Canadian Heritage.
