These Regulations, consisting of 16 sections divided into two Parts and completed by one Schedule, is made under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972. These Regulations provide for the establishment of the Lake Gairdner National Park Co-management Board as the co-management board for the Park (Part 2). They establish composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Board as well as general provisions on administrative and legal proceedings related to all authorised activities
