National Plan on coping with oil spill incidents in the 2001-2002 period.

The Decision ratifies the National Plan on oil spill incidents (OSI, indicating the marine areas potentially interested by accidental OSI, OSI prevention measures and effective means of limiting damage to the environment. Further on, it appoints the legal bodies responsible for planning and implementing the procedures related to OSI.
