This Act amends the National Water Act. Section 32 is amended by redefining “existing lawful water use” and section 33 concerns declaration of water use as existing lawful water use. Section 146 concerns appointment of members of the Tribunal.
An Act amend the National Water Act, 1998 so as to effect textual improvements; and to change the procedure for the appointment of members of the Water Tribunal; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
