This Act provides for the establishment of a public corporation called the Waterboard and charges it with the duty of coordinating planning, design, construction, management of, and charging for, water supply and sewerage services throughout Papua New Guinea, except the National Capital District. The Act consists of 48 sections divided into 11 Parts.
Being an Act to establish a Waterboard, to provide for co-ordinated water supply and sewerage services in the country, to repeal previous legislation on the subject, and for related purposes.
