This Order: (a) brings into force certain provisions of the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006; and (b) makes transitional provision in relation with the bringing into force of the Act regarding any reference in subordinate legislation to: (a) English Nature; (b) the Nature Conservancy Council for England; (c) the Countryside Agency; (d) the Countryside Commission; the Secretary of State for England or the national Assembly for Wales; and (e) the Development Commission.
