These Regulations regulate the bottling and marketing of natural mineral waters. They shall apply to waters extracted from the ground of a member State of the European Community or of Malta and recognised by the responsible authority of the country concerned as natural mineral waters satisfying the provisions of section 1 of the First Schedule to these Regulations and to natural mineral waters imported in Malta and recognised as such by the Directorate responsible for foodstuffs.
