This Act concerns the sale and marketing within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador of natural products. Under section 2, natural products have to be intended as “an agricultural, avicultural, horticultural and forest product, and an article wholly or partially manufactured or derived from that product, and includes animals, meats, eggs, poultry, wool, dairy products, berries, grains, seeds, fruit, fruit products, vegetables, vegetable products and lumber”.
