This Order of the Minister, made upon recommendation of the National Resources Conservation Authority after consultation of the Jamaica National Heritage Trust, declares the Negril Marine Park Protected Area to be a protected area pursuant to section 5 of the Natural Resources Conservation Authority Act and specifies, in the Schedule, the extension of the Area.
