This Order of the Minister, made upon recommendation of the National Resources Conservation Authority after consultation of the Jamaica National Heritage Trust declares the Palisadoes-Port Royal Protected Area to be a protected area pursuant to section 5 of the Natural Resources Conservation Authority Act and specifies, in the Schedule, the extension of the Area.
