Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance decrees that the Regional Nature and Environment Office – being part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Spaces of the Land Schleswig-Holstein - is the most important authority in the field of nature and environmental protection. Article 5 establishes the closing of the Regional Office for Nature Protection, the Geological Office, the Toxicology Office and the Public Bird Observatory. The text consists of 3 articles.
