Nigerian Ports Authority (Pilotage) Regulations.

These Regulations, made under the Nigerian Ports Authority Act, concern pilotage in Nigerian waters pilots appointed by the Nigerian Ports Authority for a specified port and concern the licensing of such pilots and related matters and compulsory pilotage.
