The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of municipal, agricultural and forestry workers and employees exposed during working hours to excessive noise and vibration. The text consists of 6 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Protection of regional and municipal employees and workers (1); Protection of employees and workers of the agriculture and forestry sector (2); Final provisions (3).
