Norm No. 46 regulating harmful National and imported seeds in production, trade and transport.

This Norm, consisting of 4 articles and 2 Annexes, regulates harmful National and imported seeds in production, trade and transport. In Annexes, establish the relation of harmful seeds species (tolerated and prohibited) in the above mentioned activities including those imported from big field and used in: forage, vegetable crop, flower, ornamental, medicinal, culinary, environmental and forestry sectors. Annexes list specifying all prohibited and harmful seeds.
