This Normative Instruction, composed of seven articles and three Annexes, adopts protection measures for certain cvrops sensitive to the bacterium named “Xanthomonas campestris pv. Viticola”. In particular, it defines prevention, control and plague eradication measures. The annexes provide a classification of the varieties and their sensitiveness to the aforementioned bacterium and a list of the prevention, control and plague eradication measures.
