Provisions of this Act shall include: banning the use of explosives and toxic or poisonous agents in fishing activities; laying down minimum limits on the size of fish that may be legally caught; issuing fishing licences or permits that are mandatory for fishing in public water; declaring any public water to be a sanctuary/reserve for fish at any time and providing for the related restrictions.
