These Rules make provisions for the granting of fishing licences and for the division of trout waters. Licences shall be issued by the Assistant Director of Fisheries. The Rules specify the duration of validity of a licence, the area to which it extends, kinds of fishing gear allowed, restrictions on the size of fish, and licence fees.
