This Act declares the Northern Sierra Madre Mountain Range to be a protected area and its peripheral areas to be buffer zones in order to ensure the protection and conservation of biodiversity. The protected area shall be known as the Northern Sierra Madre Natural Park. Boundaries of the areas are specified in the text.
