These Regulations provide for the management of fishing by Irish boats norway lobster fishery in ICES sub-area VII and a specified stock area from 1 July 2005. From that date, a boat of 55 feet or more in length, or a person on board such boat, fishing in the specified areas may not have or retain on board or land more than 10 tonnes of lobster during a specified period.
