This Notice of the Regional Director of the Northern Cape Region, made under the National Water Act, requires all persons who use water in as set out in this Notice in the Lower Orange and Lower Vaal Water Management Areas to register their water use as defined in section 21 of the Act in accordance with regulation 3(b) of Regulation No. 1352 of 1999.
