This Notification of the Ministry of Public Health was formulated in accordance with the Tobacco Products Control Act. B.E.2535 (1992). The Notification specifies the size, content, format, placement, and rotation of health warnings for cigars to be followed by the producers and importers thereof. The Notification consists of 7 Articles.
