This Notification provides for the control of beverages in sealed containers. Beverages in sealed containers is prescribed to be specific controlled food (Clause 2). Beverage qualities or standards are stipulated in Clause 4 and 5.The remaining Clauses cover requirements for their production processes, production equipment, storages, labeling and packing, etc.
