This Notification amends the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 193) B.E. 2543 (2000), Re: Production processes, production equipment, and food storage dated 19th September B.E. 2543 (2000). The expressions in Clause 1(21) (52) and (56) shall be repealed. The expression in Clause 1(57) shall be replaced by “(57) Prepared foods and/or processed frozen foods”.
