For labelling of foods with material intended for quality control purpose which are separately packed included in containers and sold directly to consumers, the producers and the importers not only have to follow to the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health, Re: Labels, and the related Notification of the Ministry of Public Health for such foods, but also have to follow the provisions under Clause 2 of this Notification.
