The purpose of this Notification is for beneficial of consumers protection. Labelling of foods with Ginkgo Biloba leaves or extraction from Ginkgo Biloba leaves shall follow to the notification of the Ministry of Public Health, Re: Labels, and the notification of the Ministry of Public Health relating to each food and shall also express the following declarations: “May result in delaying of blood clotting” and “Unsuitable for children and pregnant women to consume”.
