Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 354) B.E. 2556 (2013) Regarding to Ice Cream.

This Notification provides for the quality control of ice creams. Ice cream is prescribed food to have qualities or standards (Clause 2). The qualities or standards of ice creams are stipulated in Clause 4 - 6. Clause 7-10 provide for the requirements to be satisfied for the usage of food additives, production and importation, packaging and labels of ice creams.
