Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No.353 B.E.2556 (2013) Regarding to Fermented Milk.

This Notification provides for the quality control of fermented milk. Fermented milk is prescribed as food to have qualities or standards (Clause 2). Clause 4 provides for the categories of fermented milk. The qualities or standards of fermented milk are stipulated in Clause 4 - 6. The Notification further provides for the requirements to be satisfied for the usage of food additives, processing and importation, packaging and labels and quality standards of fermented milk.
