This Notification sets forth the rules for testing migration of the constituents of plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. The Notification consists 10 articles and an annex clause consisted of 4 chapters. The Notification is drafted in accordance with the Council Directive 82/711/EEC laying down the basic rules necessary for testing migration of the constituents of plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
