The aim of this Notification is to ensure that the production of raw and and/or processed poultry meat compounds are produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. The Notification further defines the rules and procedures of the preparation, processing, packaging, conservation, storage, transportation and marketing of poultry meatcompounds. The Notification excludes rules and procedures on mechanically deboned poultry meat. The food additives that may be used and veterinary medicine
