This Notification sets forth the rules and criteria for the usage of sweeteners in foodstuff and determines the rules and procedures of packaging and labelling. It further determines the rules and procedures of sampling and analysis of sweeteners. This Notification is prepared in accordance with European Parliament and Council Directive No. 94/35/EC on sweeteners for use in foodstuffs.
