This Notification sets forth the principles and procedures of sampling of frozen semen from cattle, buffaloes, rams and goats produced in Turkey and from those imported. The Notification further provides provisions regarding transportation of the samples taken at semen production centers or at the customs to the institutions authorized for control and analysis.
