Notification No. 3216-Fish/C-V concerning the West Bengal Marine Fishing Regulation Act, 1993.

Pursuant to section 23 of the West Bengal Marine Fishing Regulation Act dealing with exemptions, the Governor shall exempt any of the fishing vessels specified in the Notification from the operation of all the provisions of the said Act as they do not affect the public interest.
