This Notification of the Minister of Agriculture, Land and Marine Resources made under regulation 8(a) of the Fisheries (Conservation of Marine Turtles) Regulations, 1994, defines the procedures for the resuscitation of turtles which are captured accidentally by commercial shrimp trawlers.
