This Notification of the Minister of Agriculture, Land and Marine Resources, made under regulation 8(c) of the Fisheries (Conservation of Marine Turtles) Regulations, 1994 defines the standard type and other specifications for turtle excluder device 'Single Grid Hard TEDs'. It also specifies allowable modifications to such devices.
