The present Regulations enact sections 10, 42, 54 and 61 of the Oil and Gas Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to competent authorities dealing with oil and gas explorations. The text consists of 22 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Federal dispositions (1); Registration of transfers and statutory notices affecting federal dispositions (2); Environmental assessments (3).
