This Act concerns the planning for exploration and exploitation of mineral resources in Ontario. It provides for incentives to be given for exploration and exploitation as well as for inspections of the areas being exploited to monitor the implementation of plans. Under section 13, “the Minister may appoint advisory committees to advise him or her on any matters relating to this Act”.
