This Regulation enacts the operation of pre-requisite plans and prescriptions covering various areas under the Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act. It is divided into 11 Parts, i.e. Interpretation (1); Administration (2); Forest Development Plans (3); Logging Plans (4); Silviculture Prescriptions (5); Stand Management Prescriptions (6); Range Use Plans (7); Riparian Management Areas (8); Community Watersheds (9); Green-up, Ungulate Winter Range and Identified Wildlife (10), and Repeale
