This Order implements the Act on the Preservation of Nature and Landscape by defining documentation requirements related to landscape and nature conservation. The Order also concerns planning of intervention for the management of nature and landscape and for the conservation of ecosystems. Under article 9, a book of precious, rare and endangered species must be kept and updated by the Minister of the Environment.
