By virtue of powers vested by Section 3 of the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Acts, No. 13 of 1966, No. 56 of 1979, No. 13 of 1982, No. 84 of 1988, No. 23 of 1995 and No. 65 of 2009, I. Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Minister of Environment by this Order declares the Alagalla Forest of 142.192 Hectares bounded limit set forth in the schedule hereto as Alagalla Reserved Forest from 31st day of December, 2012.
