By virtue of powers vested by Section 3 of the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Acts, No. 13 of 1966, No. 56 of 1979, No. 13 of 1982, No. 84 of 1988, No. 23 of 1995 and No. 65 of 2009, I. Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Minister of Environment by this Order declares the Appanduwa Forest of 12.771 Hectares bounded limit set forth in the schedules hereto as Appanduwa Reserved Forest from 31st day of December, 2012.
