By virtue of powers vested by Section 3 “A” of the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Acts No. 13 of 1966, No. 56 of 1979, No. 13 of 1982, No. 84 of 1988, No. 23 of 1995 and No. 65 of 2009, I. Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Minister of Environment, by this Order declares the Arawa Forest of 154.6043 Hectares bounded by the limit set forth in the Schedules hereto as Arawa Conservation Forest from 31st day of December, 2012.
