By virtue of powers vested by Section 3 of the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Acts No. 13 of 1966, No. 56 of 1979, No. 13 of 1982, No. 84 of 1988, No. 23 of 1995 and No. 65 of 2009, I, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Minister of Environment, by this Order declares the Kalukanda Forest of 940.7794 Hectares bounded by the limit set forth in the Schedule hereto as Kalukanda Reserved Forest from 31st day of December, 2012.
