By virtue of powers vested by Section 3 of the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Acts No. 13 of 1966, No. 56 of 1979, No. 13 of 1982, No. 84 of 1988, No. 23 of 1995 and No. 65 of 2009, I. Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Minister of Environment, by this order declares the Miriyagalla Forest of 100.8844 Hectares bounded by the limit set forth in the Schedule hereto as Miriyagalla Reserved Forest from 31st day of December, 2012.
